Mission Statement

Crossroads Singles Network is an interdenominational Christian ministry.  We offer a wide range of opportunities for fellowship and spiritual growth in a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment.

Announcements

Do you have the gift of leadership, a passion for singles and/or a desire to serve in a Christian singles ministry? Then you may want to consider offering your talents to the Crossroads Singles Network ministry as a facilitator, organizer or event host. If you are interested please send an email.

Cancellations

Please note that if there is bad weather and an event is cancelled, the cancellation will be posted on this web site, a mass e-mail will be sent to anyone who has requested to be on our e-mail listing. Also we will put the information on the local radio stations, and WCRH.

Crossroads Volleyball Events

The dates are always the second Saturday of the month, from September to June, at Central Presbyterian Church, on the square in Chambersburg.

Potluck/volleyball event: anyone willing to help set up, please come to Central at 6 pm. Event starts at 6:30 pm.

The event starts with a potluck meal at 6:30, and volleyball games(s) follow. Board/table games are also available for those who prefer not to play volleyball.

Hosts are needed to be “in charge” of the events. Responsibilities are minimal, but important to assure that we will be allowed to continue to use the facilities at Central.

Persons interested in being a host should e-mail Ellen with the month they are interested in.

Monday Night Divorce/Separation Recovery Support Group

A new six week support group will start September 12, 2011. This group is open to anyone who has in the past, or is currently experiencing a broken relationship. We meet Monday nights Sept. 12- Oct 17 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at The Wholeness Center, 19 S. Main St (on the square) Chambersburg. This group is for adults only. Childcare will not be provided for this group. Cost is $10.00, to be paid on the first night. Please register by emailing Cindy Shoemaker.

Life Skills for Singles

Meets every Tuesday night at Central Presbyterian Church in Room 124. 7:00-8:30 p.m. The next six week series will begin Tuesday September 13, 2011. For more information or to register, contact Mike Flood.

Once More Ministries Toiletry Drive

Once More Ministries runs a toiletry bank and thrift store located at 128 East Queen Street.

They are in need of toiletry items such as: Toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, body wash, dental hygiene items, feminine products, diapers, wipes, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, dish liquid, dishwasher soap, razors, shaving cream, etc. Clothing and miscellaneous items may also be donated. There will be a tote bin available for donations at each potluck and volleyball. Thank you for supporting this ministry & helping the needy people in our community.
